Luxury Dado, Chair Rails and Panel Mouldings

Our Luxxus Collection offers a vast range of designs and options for the discerning home owner, and shopfitters. The polyurethane panel mouldings and dado rails are produced from individual 2 metre moulds which allow unparalleled detail. All lengths are supplied with a base coat of white primer pre-applied.

As Luxxus mouldings are man made they will not soak up paint like inferior gypsum alternatives, apply just one coat and the job's done! If you are more used to timber panel moulds you’ll appreciate that after installation no unslightly resins will stain the finish from beneath the paint. Luxxus panel moulds come in a wide variety of styles and sizes, each are equally suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Customers seeking curved panel mouldings will find the "Flexi options" available on most designs a real problem solver. Rather than cut, notch, and fill simply bend the profile around your chosen curve. Pick slim mouldings for tight curves, or broader designs were a gentle curvature is required. The majority of lines are in stock, but please allow up to 7-8 days for flexi panel mouldings.

The P.7010 is a larger panel mould measuring approximately 4 inches high x 2 inch projection. The design features a flowing blend of roses overlapped by a ribbon effect. P.7030 is a substantial panel moulding particularly suited to older properties with high ceilings. It features a rebated oval motif divided by a simple four leaf pattern. This dado rail works well in Victorian or Edwardian style properties. The P7030 is also available in a flexi format.
