GRP Lift Pit Liners
Our GRP Lift Pit liners are an effective way of
blocking the ingress of water into the base of lift and elevator shafts. Each GRP Lift Pit liner is manufactured to our clients specification, athough typically they range from approximately 1400mm to 1700mm in depth.
When calculating your elevator pit liner requirements please bear in mind that our GRP liner effectively sits within the outer layer of blockwork, and features an outward facing 100mm flange on each wall.
Clients should be aware that the base is usually covered with a concrete float, which then is used to mount an internal blockwork wall.
House Martin GRP Pit liners offer
contractors and developers useful time saving during construction, whilst avoiding time consuming and potentially permeable walls associated with traditional "tanking" options.
For a quotation please call us on 0845 838 1296. We will require a site address and post code and advise clients with multiple Lift Pit Liner requirements to try and arrange for deliveries to be made on one load if they wish to minimise carriage charges.
Some of our recent projects include five Elevator Pit
Liners to Colchester United's new Football Stadium, M.O.D work at Bovington, and the Dorset Fire Service headquarters in Poundbury, Dorchester.
